The Doubles games are conducted in accordance with the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (QLD) (the “Act”) as Category 1 or 2 Games under the Act and We are an eligible association as defined by Section10 of the Act.

Refunds & Chargebacks
Subject to the ACL, once a ticket has been purchased by you and the Doubles numbers have been viewed there is no right of cancellation or refund.
Any refunds shall be at our sole and absolute discretion. You agree that under no circumstances whatsoever shall you initiate any chargebacks via your payment provider. You agree that any payments made by you for any of our products are final and may not be charged back.
